Health Gazette Ezine Edition June 2007 Available June 1st

It appears to have been yet another low activity month here at The Health Gazette. Certainly in terms of posts here on the blog, it has been rather quiet I know. However, worthwhile activities have been going on in the background. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

This month we take a look at essential fatty acids (EFAs). As someone pointed out recently, these have become the modern-day equivalent of vitamin C. They certainly do seem to be well promoted don't they? We examine just what they are and what they do, without the all too widely encountered hype.
