Kettlebells!

After a lot of consideration and planning (to get the $ for it) I finally purchased my first kettlebell from Dragon Door. Starting a bit low with the 12kg. I’ll be sure to post my workouts and progress here as soon as I get it.

New challenge - Week 1, Day 5

After another go at Tabata Sprints I took today off. The results so far are very noticeable. It’s amazing how great 12 minutes can do you. So far so good.

New challenge - Week 1, Day 4

Decided to not do any pyramids this week and concentrate on the Tabata Sprints. It’s awesome. Only 12 minutes for the whole workout and I can feel my muscles working at it
