Pyramid training in the morning.
With the following setup:
1x pushup, 2x V-Upsand 3x squats
This time I managed to do 5 steps.
In the evening I tried doing some Tabata sprints. They are something else!
My legs felt like Jello afterwards!
Want to do another set this Thursday.
